Orders & Shipping Policy



After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section of Luxurious Craving or on PosLaju or Fedex by inserting the tracking number supplied.

Shipping times will vary. Please refer to our shipping section for more information. Luxurious Craving cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance, delay caused by courier provider or payment transaction.



You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by the operation team. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order.

We ship nationwide via PosLaju Malaysia, with services from EMS in South East Asia countries. For shipping rest of the world, we will be using Fedex courier service. Please note that some services may not be available in all countries. Shipping is calculated at the checkout. For an estimated shipping rate are shown below:-

Shipping Rates:

Malaysia: FREE via PosLaju (West & East Malaysia)

ASEAN countries: RM50 via EMS or Fedex (Includes Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam, Philippines, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar)

Rest of the World: RM120 via Fedex (Excludes Malaysia & ASEAN)

* Shipping price is based on a box weighing up to 2kg. If your package is heavier than this it may incur an additional charge.

Whole Malaysia: delivery within 2 – 4 business days

ASEAN: delivery within 5 – 7 business days



ASEAN: delivery within 3 – 5 business days

Rest of the World: delivery within 5 – 7 business days

* Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. LC cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.


Same Day/Weekend Delivery

We also offer SAME DAY / WEEKEND Delivery (7 days a week) even on Public Holidays. Currently, this is only applicable for Klang Valley and Greater KL including Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Sepang, Klang, Bangi, Rawang, Kuala Selangor and Kajang.

We deliver our orders from 12pm to 12 midnight. But the cut off time for same day delivery is 8pm at night. Thus, any orders placed after 8pm would be processed as next day shipping.

Fees: RM20 per order for non-member

FREE for Lux Club exclusive members only!

* For orders on Public Holidays, there might be some delay due to high demand of delivery. We will notify you if we could not delivery on the same day for your orders.



For customers outside of Malaysia, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or sales taxes, but there may be other local taxes that you need to pay to receive your order.
