Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. All shipments are processed by PosLaju, EMS or Fedex carriers. For Malaysia’s customer, there is no GST Tax payment for the goods sold. For international customers, import duty is not included in the prices you see online. Yes, you may return your order within our 7 days return policy provided the returned item is conform to our return policy. Please click HERE for more info.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse department and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
International customers will be refunded the cost of your order including any VAT or sales tax that were applicable at the time of your purchase, but excluding the original shopping cost and any import duties incurred to receive your order. You may be able to recover import duties for returned items by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
